Project title: Innovative functional vegetables as a response to the demands of the FMCG industry in view of the growing needs of today's consumer 4.0.

Project goal:

The project aims to develop a product innovation in the form of vegetables enriched with functional ingredients that have undergone thermal processing to enable their commercialisation as ready-to-eat products.

Planned effects

The planned effect is the creation of a product innovation that will be an extension of the range of products offered by the company to date. The result of the project's implementation corresponds directly to the needs identified on the market regarding the introduction of products compliant with the trend of a conscious consumer 4.0. to the product range by offering a product with an increased content of nutrients that can be quickly prepared in a meal through its initial thermal processing.
